Phillip Arthur Jones is the source of all evil that surrounds our town of Elmcrest. He is the reason for this town's slip into a greedy, capitalistic society. He is the reason the parents of this town have forgotten about us kids.
He is the president of Jones Industries - the leading real estate company in Elmcrest. He has profitted greatly by tearing down landmarks within Elmcrest and filling their place with shopping malls, parking lots, and other places of business.
He and his company are constantly surrounded by controversy, and has been investigated many times. But, with his history in Elmcrest politics, he escapes by bribing and threatening law officials. Jones must be stopped at any cost if life as we knew it is to return.
SOCKs Surveillance Feeds on Jones:
Mansion: Jones's main mansion on Cottage Hill Drive has infrared scanners monitoring who enters and leaves the mansion. They are located in the bushes across the street and sweep the mansion.
Jones Industires: Main phone lines have been tapped and more infrared scanners are in place.
Limo: Wedge and Rocket were able to attach one of Gears remote triangulators onto the back of Jones's limo. It has a range of two miles and can be tracked within The Playground in the Main Computer Lab or by remote.

Affiliation: Jones Industries
Jones's right hand man, simply known as "Two", official capacities within Jones Industries are not entirely known. His current job, as best detailed by SOCKs, is to tend directly to Jones's affairs. Daily chores, running errands, setting up meetings- anything Jones wants- Two gets.
Physically a tall, slender man- he can be seen wearing a typical black suit- just like his boss.
Name: "Scott"
Alias: Unknown
Affiliation: Unknown
An unknown man/woman at this time. This person is documented in Jones personal journal in an entry that followed the rescue of Samantha from Jones's mansion.
The current speculation by SOCKs is that Jones is talking about Alfred E. Scott - the curator of the Science Museum located on Spring Road. This can not be confirmed at this time and we are unsure what correlation Scott has to Jones or Jones Industries.
The journal entry is still being deciphered by Gears, and we hope to learn more soon - about Jones and this "Scott" person.
