Alias: Wedge
Wedge is on half of a set of twins that belongs to the SOCKs organization.
The older of the two, he and his brother Timmy (Rocket) were a natural fit for Kid Combat. Kid needed two boys that would mix things up and get their noses dirty. Wedge was a natural fit for both of these.
Known primarily for getting into jams, Wedge definitely has a checkered past within SOCKs. While his methods might not be the most technically sound, nor do many of the members agree with his actions - Wedge is known for one thing - getting the job done.
He is also been the loyalist member to SOCKs. With his smart-alec personality thrown aside, Wedge deep down would do anything for any of the members of SOCKs. This runs the truest and deepest for his little brother. Although he would never admit it to anyone, Wedge spends most of his time looking out for his younger brother.
The origins of William's nickname "Wedge" are unclear. He is the only member of SOCKs at this time who can claim that. It is believed within the small circle that William got his name for all the times he "wedged" himself out of a jam.
His nickname became very clear during Volume I: A Secret Lost. During a recon mission of Jones, Wedge became quite the trapeze artist trying to save his younger brother. In the end, if it wasn't for his little brother saving him, Wedge might have been best known as Splat!
